Hello Everyone, I’m Justin Buzzard, AKA, The Tired QA Guy
I’m a Quality Professional who has been working Quality Assurance tirelessly for many years on very large programs around the world.
I want to get some knowledge out to the masses in a simple way folks can understand, but still gain wisdom and use in their daily life.
To do this I created short videos/posts on a wide variety of Quality, Business & Life related topics on a regular basis for three + years, all intended to help get some understanding of why it matters in our work and personal lives.
I have, dependant on the site, over a thousand so far across the web.
Hopefully one day I won’t be so tired, as Quality never rests, and I need some reinforcements.
I have primarily worked in the service/retail/logistics/quality field over the last 35 years, but what I have learned can be used everywhere.
Having trained thousands of people, worked with hundreds of companies on creating Quality Systems, I have found that to this day that Quality is still lacking across the board in some cases.
I am hoping the videos/posts I am putting on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Pinterest, Mastodon, Bluesky, X, etc. will help in a small way with the gap in knowledge of Quality across the world.

The Quality Guru
Since before I moved into the Quality field full time over a dozen years ago, I took classes in Six Sigma and ISO to better myself and better the postal department I worked for and led at the time.
Though it was less than desired by most of the people I worked for at the time, I made my area of operation better in my time there and it was seen; a noticeable improvement visually and operationally, turning around the team. I was able to get a chance to use my knowledge and gain even more knowledge to better an entire program of thousands of employees through nearly a hundred improvement projects.
I have trained and certified in over a dozen ISO standards as an auditor or lead auditor. These are all listed on my LinkedIn page, along with my many other certificates I have gained in many subjects over the years. I love to learn and it helps in the quality field.
I now use this knowledge to teach others about Quality, and how it impacts business and life in general.
