I am Justin Buzzard, Principle Consultant and CEO of the Buzzard Quality Group (BQG), here to assist (Possibly starting in July 2026) with connecting Quality with Business, designing Quality System documentation, support process improvement projects and anything needed to ensure a business succeeds for their client’s/customer’s scope. Planning and strategizing is one thing. Execution and action is something else. I can do both, as I’ve been successful in achieving for years as a Quality Professional globally.
Sometimes you need another set of eyes to look at the operation to help correct issues the client/customer identifies, or even employees and leaders are bringing to the forefront. I can assist with that, providing a hands on or remote review and determine a path forward. Corrections are only useful when they use S.M.A.R.T. principles to enact company wide.
